SOLIHULL WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY: A BEAUTIFUL BACK GARDEN WEDDING
Zoe and Richard’s wedding was a beautiful, personal wedding held in the heart of Solihull. They decided to get married at Olton Friary and also hold their reception at their gorgeous home with friends and family alike. The relaxed nature of the day put everyone, including myself, at ease and in my experience when everyone is relaxed, everyone has fun and this wedding was no different. All the guests were all smiles and both Zoe and Richard were beaming all day. I have to say we felt really looked after the whole day from both the bride and groom and by their family and friends too. My second shooter (now wife!) Becky was even treated to a few shots at the bar when the groomsmen were on their way to the church!
After the amazing ceremony, guests were transported back to the house via a London red bus and then met by a steel band in the back garden. From the bright reds of the London bus to the summery shirts of the steel band players, the weather came out to match the relaxed summery vibes going on in the middle of Solihull. We couldn’t have asked for better weather!
It’s not often theres a big red bus outside your house so how can you resist having a few fun couple photos at the bus? Doing nothing too posed, we just jumped onboard had a bit of a laugh, took some pictures and hopped back off. The amazing weather continued to bless us throughout the day and after the speeches we went to the nearby park which was only 100 yards away to take some more intimate photos of the Bride and Groom. This was a cracking golden hour and transformed the park into a place I’d love to shoot time and time again. Thank you Zoe and Richard for being so amazing on the day, we wish you all the best!
